For over 25 years, Herron Companies has been fortunate to have Chris Wade on board. A graduate of the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor’s Degree in real estate finance, he is also a licensed Certified General Appraiser. Having become a partner in the firm in 1999, he currently holds the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. He oversees the overall daily operations of the company, in addition to his regular appraisal responsibilities.

Chris says the best part of working at Herron is its people. He enjoys the casual atmosphere, which offsets the stress levels that are often associated with meeting deadlines. Always one who wants to keep clients happy, Chris strives to do the best job possible, not only for himself and the company but also for our clients. Married, Chris and his wife have four children and reside in South Orange County.
